Hi Rich,

I did my A race (Lake Stevens) last week. I have had a week to take a break. I am thinking that may be it for racing for me this year, unless I jump into some local Olympics as B/C races. I think I want to work on my biking ahead of the November OS. Can you recommend a plan for me.

    Recommend you do the Bike Focus plan before starting the OS with everyone on Oct 27th. Good luck!
