Question about Season Road Map

Thank you for my roadmap for 2014/2015 (up to Lake Placid anyway). The Focus Plan coming up has two weeks labeled "FP 4" - one starts Monday October 6, the other starts the following Monday, October 13.

Can you check on that please and let me know?

    Yep. The FP is 6wks but I need to make it longer for you, so that you start the OS on Oct 27th. So I need you to repeat wk4 and likely wk5 as well = we turn a 6wk plan into 8wks.
