Season Road Map, a little off course

Rich I need your help getting my season road map cleaned up. Looks like I should have started week 8 of the IM plan on August 18th. Been training for 1/2 IM this Saturday. I missed the switch over to the IM plan due to my 26 year old son ending up in the ER twice and selling my which I have owned for 10 years. Moving chaos and concern over my son I simply stuck with the 1/2 IM plan not realizing I should have changed over two weeks ago to the full IM plan. Can you modify my road map to get me on track.Drat and double Drat!!!

    No worries, it is what it is. Just load up the IM plan now to end on your race, dropping you into IM WkX and go from there. You'll be fine. Good luck!
  • Hmmm, fair amount of fatigue coming off my HIM last Saturday. The workouts are getting done but very LOW intensity. No better coaching advise???

    I'm sorry, but your post above didn't mention fatigue, etc. Just that, as I understood it, on date X you were supposed to load up you next plan, you didn't do that due to life circumstances, and were asking me how to get back on track.
