HIM Recovery Plan
Rocked a half yesterday and took 13 minutes off my PR which was set on the same course. I felt the best I've ever felt during a half and actually feel pretty good today.
I'm in week 11 of the intermediate Ironman plan training for IMAZ. Big Day on the plan for Saturday.
I'm thinking of just getting a really easy bike ride (like 30 minutes with the kids) in today and then swimming 800 yards tomorrow (4x200 with a minute rest in between) and then jumping back into the full plan on Wednesday.
Thoughts or suggestions?
