New member & 1st 70.3
Hi Coach: As a new member of only a few days and my first 70.3 in 3 wks I would like to know how to properly taper from my past training. Looking forward to having my season training plan from you guys for 2014-2015 but for the next 3 wks would be great if you could advise me on a proper taper and and nutrition/fluid advice for the 5 to 6 hrs race. My self coached training as been pretty good and I feel good for the race but your knowledge and info would be a great help. Thanks in advance......

Plse hit the nutrition stuff first as you can start training that stuff ASAP.
