Jay's finshed with 2014, when's the next raffle and what up for 15'?
Well after my DNS/DNF @ IMCA I'm trying to figure out what would be next? For me I had a major left calf cramp that took over 15' to get over. I even had to get out of the water and stretch it out on a boat. That took too much out of me and the final 500 yards I could feel my stroke form going down hill and fatigue setting in but I was not going to give up. I got a tap on the shoulder when it looked like I was ~70 yards from the finish and it was 09:22 by my watch. I followed the EN pre-IM formula as I had for the last 6 IM's, I was due for a DNF I guess (?).The Subaru sponcer for IMCA stated that one other athlete and myself were to get a "complementry entry into next years race...since we gave it our all". Allowed myself to sulk for 15 minutes as I road back to the condo past a black bear and then went out to cheer others on as I road 4/5th of the bike course and then to cheer others on during the run. I haven't heard anything from Subaru as of this time about next years race.
Not getting into IMCHO via raffle, what/when might be the next race up for the raffle? Florida?
I did get an email from the WTC to sign up for IMOO but I did/survived that race already. Thinking about Louisville, but would love to do IMAZ or IMFL more. At this time I'm just trying to get my head back into the EN mode. Going for a ride tomorrow with an Ex-EN'r just to have some fun. What next though....your thoughts please?

Sorry to hear about your troubles at IMCA! This week I will be starting the raffle process for these IMFL slots. I suggest you try to follow up with the Subaru people to see where you stand with that, so you can have as much information as possible.
With the addition of IMChat, MD, movement of Lou to October, etc, there are a lot of options open for the fall. And, in my opinion, I don't think IMChatt is going to sell out as quickly this year as it did last year, due to the 116mi bike course, etc. IOW, I think many people will want to hear how the race went before making a decision to register...but that's just a feeling and my experience with how these things go.
So the short answer is that you should still be able to register for IMChatt, if that's something you wanted to do.
