Post Half Mary Running

Hi Coach P! Just did a half Mary Saturday and now I'm moving to the bike focused plan leading up to Jamestown. How long should I skip the runs?

Two weeks...no need...remember Jamestown is the goal then we are off to the NOS, IIRC. So we don't want to dig toooooo deep of a hole.

Thanks P. I think I'm actually headed for JOS with IMChoo as the "Big Kahuna" for 2015 so not sure if that changes the 2 week rule. After Jamestown, I'll be doing a run plan for the Manchester Road Race.

Ok...just saying you have raced more this year than I have in the last three.

I am okay with it as long as there _is_ a planned break in there, kapisch?
