Suggestions - Excellent Core DVD?
Hello all, I am on the injury list at the moment...no running or cycling due to due hamstring injury. Physio says I need to work on my core (although admits it's already very strong). She gave me exercises...and I know all of them due to years of core. In general, I just get BORED doing them. I find it tedious and "feels" like I am not getting anything from the "workout"...would much rather be hammering out a good run or cycle.
Anyway....reason for the post. Have been thinking if I had a challenging/fun/interesting DVD for core I could do at home it would actually help me focus and do a full workout.
Any suggestions?

Have you looked at the info and videos available here? : http://members.endurancenation.us/Resources/Wiki/tabid/91/Default.aspx?topic=Strength+&+Core+Central
I have used the book "holistic strength training for triathletes" for the past year - available from amazon or as a pdf from the author's website (money is donated to leukemia society).
I thought I had a strong core until I tried doing some of these exercises. Now I think my core strength is much better and I believe it has made a big difference in my triathlon performance.
