2015 Pre-Planning
Hard to believe I'm even thinking about 2015 when I still have B2B in 5 weeks! The fun never ends. I'm registered for IMLP on 7/26/15. That is going to be my A race. I think Quassy 70.3 was the suggested warm up race for IMLP. 2015 Quassy is 6/7/15. I would also like to attend the EN IMLP camp, which starts 4 days after Quassy. Is it still suggested to race Quassy when the EN IMLP camp is right on its heels? I haven't submitted a formal plan yet, just starting to think about it. Thanks.

(1) Do both, but zero training for Monday-Wednesday, or modify your LP training to be 112/6 on Friday, then 56/Swim on Sat, then Long run on Sat (so you miss out on loop two on Sat).
(2) Pick a new early season race that isn't Rev3 such as May 16th HarryMan in NY (http://bit.ly/1wvjnjt) or the May 30th ToughMan Half in IN (http://bit.ly/1wvjPyc) so you can do the camp.
(3) Sign up for a half AFTER the camp, like these two which are the week after (21st) -- Syracuse 70.3 (http://bit.ly/1wvjY4F) or Tremblant 70.3 (http://bit.ly/1wvkbVp)...or wait one more weekend until TupperLake Tinman on the 27th (http://tupperlaketinman.com/).
