I'm new here, and one of the reasons I joined EN was to get the ROI for what time I have for training. Not just ROI in time, but ROI in money too
I need some advice..
Lately I've been tired a lot. Not sleepy just wore out. I have made a lot of changes..
Nutritionist helping my diet is probably the biggest. I will bring this up to her as well but..
Could I be overtraining? I haven't got my new EN approved training schedule yet.. I don't feel like I have been overtraining but i used to get up at 4am ready to go, now i dont get out until at least 5:30.. Also as much as I love training, just not digging it.
The reason I am not sure I am overtraining is that when I start working out I'm fine.. Plenty of power/and energy, so maybe IM just burned out mentally trying to schedule time with spouse, 50 hour week and training? Dunnoo....
either way I'm looking forward to working with the team to help keep my training under control with the rest of my life
