Two weeks of for injury

I've had to take two weeks off (this week and next week) for work and to try and rest/repair my hamstring injury.
Can you adjust my plan - I was supposed to start a bike focus plan this week (to begin 9/22/2014).

This week, load up the Bike Focus plan, to end on 11/02. Follow that until Oct 27 then load up the OS plan, etc, per your TSR.
