Rob - Micro Thread
Hey I was a trial member, but decided i liked it enough and just joined full. As of right now my road map says to load the HALF IM Intermediate trial on Monday 29 September because i have a 70.3 on November 2nd as a "C" race before my "A" Race 140.6 in April. Should I keep doing the trial member Transition Plan now for the weekend or just load up the Half IM Intermediate plan today ending 02 November? The reason I say this, is because I was a Tahoe Casualty...as in i never got to race. So my body doesn't necessarily need the break and relaxation the Transition Workout provides. It's great, but just thought i'd check.

What is the RR Pace minus 2 seconds and minus 3 seconds? Does this mean do the first 3 sets of 400 at 3 seconds faster than race pace....then the 2nd set of 3 sets do it at 2 seconds faster than race pace?

As for the swim you are right -- minus equals faster than!
