After our Tahoe cancellation I am now registered for AZ in 7 weeks. Now the question comes up as to what training should I focus on as we get closer to the AZ event? With back to back 100's in Tahoe from camp already completed I am curious how you think I should prepare for this race.

Hey Jeff,
Sorry for the delay. I recommend you do ~wks 5-7 of the Get Faster plan and then pick up the IM schedule in wk 15. Or, to put it another way, I'd like you to do wks 15-20 of the IM plan, but some flavor of GF weeks before then. Let me know if that doesn't make sense.
