IMFL peeps...almost at 1 month countdown!!
We're in the "thick-of-it" and need to keep each other going with good mojo!! Really, there is only two more "hard" weeks of training left, then a "medium" week which ends with a RR, then the taper starts. Stay focused, be smart ("zen master", not drill sergeant), and let's get the most of the next 3 weeks, and then let that taper do it's magic .
Curious about how "camp week" went for everyone. That was a serious volume pop for me, and feeling pretty optimistic about the benefits of it come race day. Did full RR (112/6) on Thur. then 100 bike on Fri. with 14.75 run in 2:14 on Saturday. Could NOT manage any MP miles on back half of run, but it WAS a negative split, with all the miles significantly below LRP from 9-14.

Good to hear all going well for you. I postponed my RR1 to week 16, otherwise all going great on this end. Looking forward to meet in Panama Beach.
