Ice, ice baby! I like ice massage for this- freeze water in dixie cups, peel back the cup and massage the area with the ice. Elevate, can try some compression with an ace wrap. Anti-inflammatories can help as well. Wear supportive shoes all the tiime- no barefoot or sandals or anything. Having nearly no pain makes the call of whether to run with it or not a little tricky- since you might be catching it early, a couple days off might completely nip it, but also, if running doesn't hurt, might be fine as well. Gentle stretching as well as ankle/foot (and even hip/core) good for ongoing management of it.
