EB MacDaddy Macro

R - Great job this past weekend. Congrats on the day. I'm looking forward to next summer!

I'm in the ADV HIM plan, supposed to be racing B2B at the end of the month. Long story short, I've got a bum... bum leading to major issues with hip flexer, hammie, ENTIRE right leg. I'm pulling the plug on the race seeing that I need to heal up before I do any real damage. Couldn't even get a mile in today on my run without frustrating discomfort. Last 12 mile run was 2 weeks ago, and although I could probably make the race happen, at the end of the day my heart is just not in it and I'll be pissed at myself if I don't race where I want to race.

Soooo, looking for your recommendation (besides rest) on what I should load for Oct? Swim focus maybe? My bike is THE BEST its ever been... ever (Thanks to the program.) So thanks for that.

    Sorry to hear about your leg. I'd like you to be as close to 100% by Oct 27th, the start of the NovOS, as possible so the short answer is do what you gotta do to make that happen. Any pain when you ride? If no, then load up the bike focus plan and do that, with whatever running/minimal run/zero run you need to do in order to get back to 100% by Oct 27th.
