I'm in week 18 of beginner short course and want to know how to arrange my workouts this week. I am going to participate in a Sprint on Sunday.

  • Kim - sorry for the late reply as I am in kona for the race. As you are still building to your A race, I suggest that you do the regular week thru Friday and then you can go super light on Saturday...just a short 30' run with a few strides....then give your equipment a once over as you prepare for the race.

    Even more important,however is reviewing your race plan for the weekend as prep for the big one.
