End of season race --

Rich, I have been recovering from Chattanooga well and following the 4 week post race plan.  No running yet but have been in the pool a few times and on the bike twice.  I'm not comletely ready to shut down my season yet as we have family vacation planned in November and that will serve as a great end of season break.

Am considering (but have not decided yet) a local half ironman (Baton Rouge) on Nov 15th which would be about 7 weeks post Choo.  Probably won't make the call until this weekend or next week when I'm back into interval bikes and running.  If I decide to do it, when should I ease into the half ironman plan?  I was thinking next week, 2 weeks post Ironman.

Great to see you in Chattanooga,

Mark

Yep, just drop into the HIM plan whenever you feel you're ready and go from there. Good luck!
