Cool story on Kevin Barr and his wife on ironman.com. Apologies but I am not sure if he is a member this year but must have been last year.

That's awesome! Kevin is still a member as far as I know, but he's not a very prolific poster in the Forum. He's part of that Northern California sleeper cell so I think he stays connected through those folks. I remember when Kevin got the slot last year and they did a write-up on Ironman.com about him then too - just fantastic, and wonderful to see his wife gets to go now too!
