2014 IMCoz Team Dinner?

It is a bout time for me to start putting our team dinner together. My original plan was to dig in to the forum and find out where the dinner was held last year and if it went well, just go back.

But guess what - there was no team dinner last year from what I can gather Sooooooo

 

Do yall want to have one? If so, are there any Coz vets out there that can suggest a location?

    What day are the team dinners on generally? I don't get in until Thursday. I'm not sure if there was a dinner two years ago (when I went), but if there was, I missed it. I also stayed at an all-inclusive way outside of town, so I don't have a place to recommend either.

    Dinner may be more difficult for me to make than a lunch or breakfast -- but regardless, I think it'd be nice for the team to have a get-together at some point before the race image

    Thursday night would be the ideal night but friday could certainly work as well. But from the general lack of feedback it seems that folks have decided to make thier own plans. There will be a group text message set up for while we are in mexico and we can perhaps plan something that way.

    Sounds good. Thanks for trying! It seems that this group is pretty quiet, at least compared to others I've seen. Maybe as the race gets closer we'll start to hear more from the others image

    Hi there - apologies - I'm one of the quiet ones :-)

    Seems like all my time has evaporated since Labor day and I haven't been checking the forums much.

    I would be up for a team dinner on Friday. Thursday is Thanksgiving and I will be pretty family oriented.

    Hi all. I need to make a reservation for a team dinner. Don't worry, if something comes up and you don't make it no one will mind. So here is a last chance to tell me that you are interested. It will be Friday night.
    Can you give me a thumbs up or down and the number of folks who would be with you so that I can make a reservation?

    Ok. I will pick a place out and make the reservation for 10 just in case.

    Ok, I think that there should be a signup sheet for the dinner but in the mean time I made a reservation for 12 on Friday night at 6pm at Buccanos.
    Looks like a nice place.
