Michelle's Planning the Next Two Weeks

Hi,

I am new so I hope this is right place to discuss my plan for the next two weeks. This is my first week. My goal was to start outseason but that may be better for November 1. Please let me know what you think. This week I will be traveling Wed-Sunday. I will not have access to my bike, I can do strength training and run. The same for the next week, Oct 20-24. I will be in Mexico. I am not sure if the gym will have a bike. Would it better to push my test off until I return and do some speed work, maintenance or something else? I do have HR zones from testing done this past Spring although they most likely have changed since then. 

Thoughts?
