Week 20 HIM plan

Heading into week 20 of my HIM plan but race day is Sat (B2B) not Sunday. What is the recommended adjustment?

  • Rob - plse see the Self Coaching Guide in the Wiki section (under Resources) for more detail, but we generally recommend dropping the Momday workout and bumping everything else forward by a day: Tues to Mon, Wed to Tues, etc.
