Team, I would like you to say hello to your Team Captains for the November Outseason.

Drumroll please.........

Weekly Run Thread Captain will be Scott Guljum and Weekly Bike Thread Captain will be Doug Johnson.

Thank you boys for stepping up to lead the group through what we all know is going to be an amazing Outseason.

Awesome! Doug is a fantastic motivating teammate can't wait for OS to start, just one more 70.3 this weekend! Thanks to Doug and Scott for stepping up to wrangle us trigeeks together each week... y'all rock the most

Thanks everybody! I
am really excited to help out. I’ve been
motivated and inspired by so many other people on the team. I will try to provide some of that same
motivation for you. The OS is an awesome
experience when such a huge number of teammates are all working on the same
plan. You will make connections that
last beyond those 14 weeks and end up following and interacting with teammates
who are on completely different paths race-wise for the rest of the year. I can’t wait to see the improvements and
transformation that will happen to all of you over the course of the next 14+
weeks!

Thanks guys for stepping up and taking this role. And since I need HELP with my run, I will be looking to Capt Scott for extra mojo. This will be a really fun 14 weeks.
