Need to tweak my plan this week due to travel ...

Hi Guys-

I'm traveling Tues-Sunday and likely won't have a bike available to me. I have a 1 hr bike on Thursday and 1.5 on Saturday. Traveling on Sunday. I'll be in San Francisco and am thinking of running a local 1/2 marathon on Saturdau. Resting on Sunday. And not sure what to do Thursday as a substitute for my bike unless you can recommend a spin studio in the area. Thoughts/comments?

  • There are a million of great places to ride there but usually too much of a PITA to make our worth your while. I would suggest you run 30-45' a day except Friday (off).before the half. Have fun,.run hard but don't stress out the day before. :) Sunday is off to travel home!! Then back at the grind!
