Need Alexandria, VA Craigslist Proxy

A Craigslist seller in Alexandria, VA has a bike item up for sale that I really, really want.  But they don't want to ship it to me.  So, what I'm after is an ENer who would be my proxy, get the item, and USPS it to me.  I'd pay for the service in USD, gratitude and improved race times.
