I have a question for my training plan this week. Friday appears to be a swim test T-time. There are a bunch of ?? marks. Is this a format issue? Something I'm missing?
MS: This set will establish your ??_??__T-time.??_??__ After the warm-up, swim 1000 yards/meters at a constant pace and good effort??_??__as if racing. Record the time in your log. Record your average pace per 100. This pace will be called your ??_??__T-pace.??_??__

Hi Diana,
I checked out your account and it you were still in the trial member version of our Post-Ironman Transition Training plan vs the OutSeason training plan that you were supposed to load up on Monday, per the instructions I gave you in your Triathlon Season RoadMap. So I loaded up the correct training plan into your account and should be good now.

I have been caught up in life & work and and now able to get started on the training plan. I did not do the 'tests' last week. I do not have a power meter but am getting set up for TrainerRoad which would provide FTP stats. I am working on getting a power meter as soon as I can. So my question is this: Can I do the FTP test from Trainer Road and plug that in to where I need to here? It should give me an estimated watts output.
Also, I assume I can do my run test this week...is that fine?
I like the program already from what I've worked with coaching here. I just recently fired my coach and quit the endurance team here due to lack of training...it's been an adjustment and I apologize for not engaging in this program sooner
If you also want to test this week you can make it happen, those two test of the most important workouts right now. As long as you have a day in between them of nothing or very easy work, you should be okay.
