NEW OutSeason Core Strength and Swim Preparation Routine -- CoreFit
The new 2015 OutSeason training plans include a routine of core strength and swim preparation exercises that the Team has named CoreFit. Please go here to learn more and expect this to built over the course of the OS and then become included in all of the EN training plans.
NEW: Join TeamEN on Strava!
You may have seen the Strava feed we added to the dashboard a while ago. Create an account, upload your workouts, and have fun seeing what your EN teammates are up to every day! Go here to join Endurance Nation on Strava!
Not sure if the NovOS is for you, or what you're supposed to do?
Please read When to Start the OutSeason, by Coach Rich, then submit a request for a Triathlon Season RoadMap here.
NEW Membership Programs!
We all know that EN is a cooler and better place to be when we have more real world connections within our virtual clubhouse here on the web. And so we've create two new membership programs to encourage you introduce people you know to TeamEN:
- Race Buddy Program: wouldn't it be great to have your own local squad of EN friends and training partners to #workworks with and share the EN race weekend experience with next season? We created this program to make it easier for you to introduce your friends to EN and the Coaches. Go here to learn more.
- EN Spouse Program: after meeting many of you this summer, it's clear that several of you have spouses who also train and race triathlons. We'd like to get you both on the squad and will help you save when you both become TeamEN members! Go here to learn more.
Camps Update:
The Tour of California is BACK for 2015 and over 50% full in less than one week!
And with the announcement this week of the host cities, Coach Rich has been able to create a draft itinerary outlining the epic-ness that this camp will be!
Coach Chats:
- Video Chat: Welcome to the OutSeason Q&A -- this is our 8th OutSeason as a Team! You have your bike ready, and the Pain Cave is all set. Running shoes purchased, check! Swim suit retired..check! Join Coach Patrick to discuss your OutSeason Plans, adjustments and goal-setting! Watch the video chat here
- Twitter Chat: No Twitter Chat this week! Read last week's Tapering archive here. The next Twitter Chat will be on the OutSeason, and led by Coach Rich, Monday evening, November 3rd. Follow the chat online with this hashtag: #EN4keys
