new Outseason core and swim plan.....um......????
Hey Coach Patrick,
So I just noticed the Monday and Friday additions of the Outseason core and swim plan on my monday/friday training plan.....but I'm on week 10 of out season and just started freaking out that I'm four weeks away from swim camp. I have been doing some core and single leg/glute exercise focus - as I usually do in the out season - but usually on workout days. I've been taking my monday and friday rest days pretty seriously . should I start week one of the EN out season core and swim plan? Add it on to what I'm already doing? not freak out that I'm already out of shape for IM NZ in less than 5 months??!!!!

Quick question - is there a forum for the FL training camp peeps? Starting to get excited and wanted to chat with others about cases/travel with bike for the first time/ rental car options etc....
