How to run without running
Hi Patrick,
My PS plan calls for me to run. Still getting PT three times a week and I'm not running. I did do some pool running this week and I'm wondering how to incorporate that and if I should for the run days? Would the times be the same? I've known people who came back stronger than ever after doing pool running so I will stick with it if you think that's the way to go. As far as the preseason plan goes knowing that anything I've done on the bike has just been easy and fun, i'm guessing I should adhere to the work out no matter what my base. I really enjoyed it on Tuesday and it felt good.
