Kevin Tesseneer's plan going forward

Coach, I'm in my first post Ironman race season. IM Choo was amazing and I'm ready to get back to it. I'm sure there were steps I needed to take after the race but I really just needed to get away from triathlon for a little bit.....needed some R&R and family time. I'm ready to go now and need to know what to do next. Phone call, new plan, etc.... What's next???
Thx, Kevin

    Kevin,

    Read this: http://members.endurancenation.us/Resources/Wiki/tabid/91/Default.aspx?topic=When+to+Start+the+OutSeason

Then is you're cool with starting the OS now, go here to give me your race schedule for next year: http://members.endurancenation.us/TrainingPlan/TriathlonSeasonRoadmap.aspx

  • Coach, At this point I don't have a race schedule really planned. I know I am going to do some 70.3 races and have already got 2 Olympic distance races scheduled but the entire season is not set in stone. I'm not doing a Full distance in 2015 but will plan to do one in 2016 likely (thinking every other year for IM). How do I load a training plan since it asks for the race im planning to do? Im also open to suggestions of what to schedule and when.....

  • Hey Kevin,

    Sorry I missed this!

Can you add the race(s) to your TSR that you're most likely to do, especially anything that's in the spring/early summer? That's about as far ahead as we need to look. We can always change things when you know for sure what you're doing, but for now give me your most likely stuff through, say, early June. Thanks!
