training question
I am on week 16 of the intermediate IM training plan, set to race Ironman Cozumel Nov 30th. Quick question. Yesterday I was not feeling well and missed by 2.5 hour long run. I have a 5 hour bike Sunday and a 3.5 hr ABP ride Sunday. Do I just skip the run and move on, or should I do it in place of the 3.5 hour ABP ride on Sunday since I am getting a long ride in Saturday anyway? Thanks so much! I hate missing work outs!!!

Are you able to do the long ride on Sunday vs Saturday? If yes, then do long run on Saturday, long ride Sunday. If no, do long ride Saturday, long run Sunday, no legs Monday. If you have heart rate on the bike vs power, no need for you to test on the bike next week. If you have power...lets' talk about that next Mon or Tues.
I can long run today and long ride Sunday. I am a power girl so let me know about testing next week. Thank you!
