Hey Coach! just finished The Santa Cruz Surf City 70.3 today. Went well. Results as follows:

Swim ~ 35
Bike ~ 3 :15
Run ~ 2:19

Total time: 6hr 26 min.

This was my first 70.3 and wasn't sure where to post this so you guys would know and save the information for me for coaching reasons.
