Run Durability Wko Question

40' Regular then 20' of 5' increments of B-A-A ....B is 15'' below race pace, A is race pace, second A is 15'' above race pace.

I looked but didn't see the details on this.

Regular?  Does that mean ez, don't worry about pace, low HR, z1/LRP vs z2/MP?

5' increments of B-A-A adds up to 15', not 20'.  Is the extra 5' a cool down?  What do I do with that last 5'?

Race Pace?  What I want to run in my HIM 13.1?  Or my goal race pace for a stand alone 13.1?

 

I'm sure this is covered somewhere in the wiki but I must've missed it.  Any insight would be very helpful!
