Setting up a coach chat

Anyone know what the procedure is for setting up a chat with one of the coaches to be used as a pod cast?  There was only 1 EN race pod cast in the last few years and it might be helpful to others in the future -- especially as it seems to be a "regular" race for ENers.  Thanks.
