Rich's StretchCordz video was helpful

Watched his tutorial, about 2/3 of the way down on this page....

Stetchcordz tutuorial found in the Core and Swim Prep Section in the Wiki

I've never done this before and I found this to be very helpful.

Wondering if Coach Rich (or P, or any of our Swim Guru's) could be so kind as to make another video that really focuses on the path or track that the hands/arms travel.

I've done the private lessons and they helped.  But, no matter how much asking I do, I can't seem to get a visual for what (and the timing of what) my hands/arms should be doing.

I would be very interested in using these cordz for some very slow reps where I really focus on the track of the catch and pull.

Muscle memory stuff.  But, I need some expert to show me.

I know, I've done the YouTube stuff and that's been a great starting point.  But, EN, with the coaching and experience of all the studs and studettes, is a resource that beats the 'Tube!  Not to mention, I 'know' and trust you guys al little bit better than most of the people that I would watch.  They would either be hyping themselves as a swim coach when they are not or it might be a legit guru that thinks everyone can do what Ian Thorpe or Michael Phelps does.

Just an idea, a request.  Shoot it down if it's warranted.  In the meantime, I'll keep plugging away.
