Modification of NOS workouts
Hey Coach,
I'd like to change the workouts order in my training plan (NOS - advanced). Not sure if this is the right thread or if I should post it on the micro forum?
It'd work better for me to ride on Wednesdays and Sundays, so I can join a cycling group we have here. They are strong guys and motivate me to push harder. I also would like to have one day off over the weekend to bank in SAU.
So this is what I have in mind
Mon: no change (off)
Tue: Wed. run
Wed. : Tue. bike and run
Thu: no change (bike and run)
Fri: Sun. long run
Sat: off
Sun: bike and run
Is this okay or am i changing too much? the succession of Wed., Thu., and Fri workouts seems to be a lot?

Yeah, your Tues-Fri looks a little hot to me? Maybe take it for a test drive for a week or two and see how it goes?
