ok coach rich here goes
Just finished half ironman on the 8th ...not a steller performance but happy my swim time of 37 minutes(best ever) considering that i really didnt train much after IMMD . Did an olympic end of october then the half last weekend so looking for a little advise
1. should i take another week off or just step into the November OS
2. should i do a run durability block and enter Jan OS...first race is 70.3 st George then A race is IMCDA
3. also i have in the past 4 races gotten sick and vomited about midway thru each of the run portions...I do the apple sauce/naked juice prefueling ...or just the naked juice portion and each time i get nausiated during the run portion...lots of constriction in the chest even if my heart rate is reletively low.....kinda frustrating

Please read this and let me know where your head is at with regards to starting the OS.
I'm not in any pain per Se and think my personality needs some type of work with regards to the out season I'm in a good place mentally although the wife may have a good argument ...would love to be.primed for st George and lead in an awesome CDA race

just came off about 3 weeks of Bronchitis ...not trained due to horrible cough which Jacked my lower back bad....getting this treated and am ready to slowly get back into my training plan ...any guidance on time/and or intensity in the start is appreciated...my November was right on track if this helps...St George him ...then CDA
