how can I download and print the plan

I'm getting ready to shift from OS to the last 6 weeks of HIM (intermediate) - and did change it in my plan page (bc I know my OS schedule for this week). I haven't found where there's a PDF of the entire plan that I can print... is there one? Hoping to have it handy so I can plan my weekend trips/RR etc. On the plan page for the 12 week program it only shows weeks 1-7 as options to select individual weeks... although I was hoping to print the whole thing (if I have to go week by week I will... but still need weeks 8-12).
