Rich,

Getting out of the gates on my ironman training has not gone as I had hoped as a result of some unexpected/expected) work and life events (moving, coaching and working full time, flu, etc,).  The point being over the last month I did not really get off the ground with the bike focus session and have lost a good bit of my fitness. I would like to get a revision of my season map that reflects a Nov. 29 start to a plan.  My goal is to use the intervening two weeks to finish getting over some of these hurdles and ease back into my regular exercise routine.

I am supposed to be in week 2 of the beginner out season right now and am aiming for Ironman MD next October.

Thanks!

Sarah

Ok, thanks. Please hit the Triathlon Season RoadMap page here and submit to me your schedule and any other notes you have for me, and I'll rework this for you.
