Tuesday workout

Coach, 

I doing 2013 Preseason Wk2 Bike workout tomorrow.  The first part is unclear.  The workout is "8 x (2') @ 95-100%/Zone 4/Hard, 20' @ 70-75%/Zone 2/Steady, 15' @ 60-65%/Zone 1/Easy." Can you clarify what the workout is?  Thanks.

     dont read too much into it

    its just 8 minutes at 95-100% at zone 4 weather its power calculated or heart rate calculated....not familiar with this particular plan but im sure you have tested and gotten your zones already calculated.....lots of information in the wiki about testing ...i suggest a little light reading to get your head wrapped around it

  • Thanks, James. "8 X (2")" was throwing me off. Think I am on preseason for a couple of weeks since I don't start OS until January.  Just keeping me moving and in shape.

  • Ashton, Coach Rich was supposed to fix this...and it should be done by now. The workout is 1 x 8' (2') @ Z4/FTP. So just an 8 minute effort in Z4!
