Hi coach Patrick - nice chatting with you the other day on the 30 day check in! The week of 12/1, I'll be on week 6 of the outseason. I am going to be traveling for work that week and I'm thinking I won't have access to a bike. Any advice for how I should modify my workouts? Monday - Thursday I won't have access to a bike. Thanks!

I suggest that we go as follows, which gets us two rest days on the days you travel (you can do some yoga / stretching). You can do the interval run on either Tues or Wed....
Mon - OFF
Tues - Wednesday Run
Wed - Run 30 to 45' as you can, add strides if possible.
Thu - OFF
Fri - Thurs Bike + Brick Run
Sat - Sat Bike as planned
Sun - Sunday run as planned.

So, this next weekend (Saturday) I am doing an Oly (I know, not ideal timing but it's the 1st tri that a bunch of people in my family are doing so I just couldn't pass it up).
How do you suggest I structure this week, specifically - When would be best for me to do my long ride? on Fri? Sat after the race? or Sun?
