Dear Coach
I have done the running an bike test in the trial week (current week).
In the season map which you have outlined, I should now start with the OutSeason training which ends on 1st of March. If I do so, the 1st week of the OutSeason plan requires to do the running and cycling tests again. How should I adjust the schedule to start with the 2nd week (regular training) from 24th of November on?

Hi Demetrius,
Sorry I missed this. Most trial members don't do the weekend tests in the trial training plan, which is why I had you start in Wk1 of the OS plan. No need for you to retest again so you should be in Wk2 of the OS plan this week.
