Advice for this week
I am beginning week 5 of the beginner out season plan. I will not be able to bike Wednesday through Sunday due to my travel plans. I can however run and cross train (cold weather location, so I'm thinking snow shoeing, cross country skiing and hiking).
How shall I adjust my workouts for the remained of the week (Wednesday through Sunday)?
