I like to sleep.... I like to have a fixed distance for the day... The Ultraman Triathlon interests me in this respect... Dont quote my exact numbers but I'm close... The Ultraman is a 3 day event, where you accomplish pre-determined distance's on each day and the time is totalled.... Day one is 6 mile swim, 70 mile bike... Day 2 is 180 mile bike... Day 3 is a double Marathon 52 miles.... Or something close to that... RAAM and the Deca-Irons etc are done on your own schedule (those who dont sleep usually win)....
