Ultra Training
Since is such a small group, and we are all doing different races, I thought I'd just start a general training thread instead of weekly ones...
Wrapped up this week with 39 miles running (5 more than last week) , of which 26 miles were on trails . Feels good to just run with no pace goals. Did some rolling strides twice this week which were 10 x 30" (30") to get in a few minutes of speed work. Feel pretty good but I am definitely feeling different parts of my body/feet from running on trails.... Swam 5200yds all very easy and Biked 80 miles with a few very short hard efforts.
