  • I did a modified run today as promised just a little slower than Z2 pace. 47 minutes and 5.3 miles total. I shut it down because I was beginning to get a little soreness in my glute and hamstring. I have another massage tomorrow so I'm hoping to be back to getting the run frequency up this week and working back into all the workouts. It if God to be running again even if it's not hitting the speed work.
  • @ Jan and Steve, better to take a day or two more than miss more days in the last half. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of days this week and luckily I was able to sleep some extra hours for two days and it did wonders for me.
