OS bike workouts

 

When doing the OS workouts on the bike do we strive only for our zones or do we try to hit the cadence also?

  • Your only focusing on the zones. People play around with cadence to change things up some during the z3 (80-85%) stuff, but for the most part people are staying in the 85-100 range for cadence. In other words, focus on the zones and let cadence play itself out so long as you don't get crazy and try to produce more watts at 45-70 rpms
