Help Tweaking Season Plan Please
Coach Rich: My season plan has me in the intermediate run focus through 1/4/15. Unfortunately, a couple of nagging injuries from last season haven't fully healed and were definitely an issue during the first week of the plan. I think its best that I stay away from running and keep it light on the bike so I can be healthy (I hope) for the JanOS (starting 1/5/15). Swimming has not been a problem and shorter stints on the bike (I'm on the trainer here in the northeast) have not been causing any problems. Can you suggest a tweak to my plan from now to the start of the Jan OS? Thanks.

PS would be easiest for you mentally. The BF plan is hard work but also has the least amount of running in it.
