Running Makes Us Younger

...But you already knew that. Specifically, we get more mitochondria than those our age who just walk. Key quote: "...you may be able to start at any age and still benefit...'Quite a few of our volunteers hadn't taken up running until they were in their 60's' "

  • And biking make you older.     At least it feels that way sometimes.
  • I thought it was that since time slows down when you are doing something that you don't enjoy and so if you really don't enjoy training and you do it a lot, you will live forever.
    Or something like that.
