Long Term Ironman Marathon Improvement

I have been following the LTIMI since September. On page 7 of the plan, is the "Training Cycle Adaptations for the Bike." I have been replacing the Thursday OS bike with 4 X 5' intervals as directed. It is now week 7 of the NOS. Do I return to the normal Thursday OS Workouts or just continue doing the 4 X 5'?
